She begins by making pear clafoutis with Chicago-born Daniel Rose at his incredible restaurant Spring, then learns the secrets of Boston-bred Braden Perkins' sea bream ceviche at his place, Ellsworth. Next, she's making American classics – lobster rolls with a French twist with Gregory Marchand of Frenchie to Go and whiskey sours at the bar of the iconic Le Meurice hotel. Then, Ina whips up delicious pastrami tartines at Poilane Bakery and throws Jeffrey a surprise birthday party with a boat trip down the River Seine.

  • Inspired by a recent trip to Florence, Ina is re-creating a fabulous Florentine feast for friends back home in East Hampton. There's a mozzarella master class with a local cheese maker; an Italian drinks tray inspired by cocktails and store-bought hors d'oeuvres sampled at the fabulous Lungarno hotel in Florence; Baked Fish in Parchment; Parmesan Polenta; and Affogato Sundaes, the easiest Italian dessert ever. Ina's guests will collect Italian wine and set the table Italian-style.

There's a cookie master class from local baker Kathleen King of Tates Bakeshop who shares her recipe for Double Chocolate Almond Cookies, an easy bake Irish Soda Bread and the easiest shortcut appetizer ever, Savory Palmiers. Then Ina is answering everyone's baking dilemmas in Ask Ina.

  • Running a store’s no mean feat. Ina should know--she ran a deli for 20 years. When a local store manager asks her to help with a thank you meal for his staff, she says yes right away. It’s a French inspired menu of Provencal soup with spoonfuls of pungent green pistou, seafood platters with two zesty sauces sauces and for dessert–coconut madeleines--tiny morsels of light as air sponge. The party will be held right in the middle of the shop and the staff just has to set the table.

  • Ina makes the perfect Tex-Mex meal with the help of her friend Devon Fredericks and her Award-Winning Chili recipe. Plus she has the perfect Tex-Mex table setting and fantastic chili side ideas, like Tequila Lime Chicken, Guacamole, La Fondita Fish Tacos and Pink Grapefruit Margaritas. Then Ina is answering everyone's questions on Tex-Mex food.
