Bobby swings by one of his favorite wine stores, Appellation Wines and Spirits, to pick up a few vintage bottles and some key vino cooking tips. Even a novice wine enthusiast can feel at ease whipping up a flavorful Grilled Fig and Stilton Salad with Port Wine Vinaigrette, or Spicy Mussels with White Wine, and you don’t have to be Robert Parker Jr. to enjoy the juiciness of a Red Wine Marinated, Stuffed Flank Steak, served with a frothy Champagne Granita.

After picking up a few succulent heirloom tomatoes from the Upper East Side’s Eli’s, Bobby heads back to his grill to make a Mint Marinated Grilled Shrimp Tabbouleh, and a Fresh Mozzarella and Stacked Heirloom Tomato salad. Grilled red snapper gets topped with a tart and savory Grapefruit-Thyme Mojo, and Strawberries with Ricotta Cream and Pistachios wrap up this healthy feast. The taste of the Mediterranean is fresh, healthy dishes with bright flavors. Bobby swings by the Upper East Side’s Malaga Restaurant for a bowl of the Spanish classic Gazpacho. Culling inspiration from this traditional fare, Bobby creates a version all his own. His version of Pork Gyros with Yogurt-Tomato Sauce would satisfy any Mediterranean aficionado. Then Bobby whips up a Toasted Israeli Couscous with Vegetables and Lemon-Balsamic Vinaigrette and pairs it with a fruity Cava Sangria, a culinary duo sure enough to make anyone go mad for Mediterranean.
Grab a picnic basket and your appetite, it's time for a New England Feast, picnic style. Bobby gathers inspiration for his sea-faring feast from New York's very own Mermaid Inn. Back at the grill, he whips up his own Indian-spiced Curry Lobster Rolls; piled-high Steamers in a zesty Red Chile Sauce; golden, thick-cut seasoned fries, and a tangy Caper Codder Slushie to wash it all down. One word: delicious.

Bobby creates his own taco triple play with succulent Skirt Steak and Roasted Tomato Salsa tacos, zesty Yucatan Chicken tacos and smoky San Diego Style Blue Corn Salmon tacos.
