- While tuna steaks are grilling, make Sauteed Green Beans with Pimento.
- While tuna steaks and green beans cook, make Wasabi Sour Cream.
- Serve Tuna Steaks with Green Beans and Wasabi Sour Cream and Enjoy!

- Pound pork chops between two pieces of plastic wrap. Season.
- Make dredging station.
- Coat pork with dredging mixture.
- Cook pork in large skillet.
- Make spicy skillet potatoes.
- While pork and potatoes are cooking, make Jalapeno Sauce.
- Serve pork with potatoes and jalapeno sauce and enjoy!

Orange Poached Pears with Fudge Sauce
- In medium saucepan, make orange poached pears.
- Warm fudge sauce in microwave.
- Remove pears from sauce pan.
- Spoon fudge sauce over pears.
- Enjoy!
