Brandi Coleman-Valdez
Another student of the Food Network, Brandi is a firecracker of an entrepreneur. Her online cupcake business, Sugar Tart Desserterie, services California's Inland Empire and offers "unique, satisfying desserts." Brandi asserts that she learned cupcakes "on the streets" through a great deal of trial and error. This creative spirit believes her cupcakes are indeed works of art. Will she be able to sculpt a win with her crafty cupcakes and make our judges see the full picture?

WINNER!: Jenny Harrison
Like many people today, Jenny found herself a victim of the economic downturn. While searching for employment in her profession of architecture, Jenny found that she had a talent for baking designer cupcakes. Her fondant confections reflect the beauty of structure and composition that initially drew her to architecture. Just one year later, Jenny is here to show the nation that even an "inexperienced" baker can get the job done. She has all the confidence in the world, but will our judges lose their heads over her structurally sound sweets?
