Cinnamon Sugar Graham Cupcakes
It was sink or swim for Lindsay Morton in the debut "SeaWorld Birthday Bash" episode of Cupcake Wars. Did she float to the top of the competition? The judges voted yes to her homage to cinnamon and graham-cracker crumbs (both her cake and icing featured the popular ingredients). Two special touches: Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract and an edible pearl garnish.
Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake
Chloe Coscarelli loves to make people happy, one vegan cupcake at a time. In the Week 2 episode "Match Making Party," she took the aphrodisiac-inspired theme and made an elegant, fun sliced cupcake with a top-hat effect. Judge Candace Nelson said Chloe's buttercream-frosted cupcake was "so seductive," a treat for her eyes to feast on — and the "flavors flirted" with her taste buds.
