Arleen Scavone won the "Film Festival Face-Off" episode with a peanut-brittle and buttermilk pound cake mixture, topped with fudge icing, butterscotch-caramel flavored popcorn, vanilla buttercream and a mini chocolate-shell candy.
In the season-ending "Classic Cupcake Challenge" episode, the contestants were challenged to mix simple classic ingredients with complex modern flavors. Eileen Kerbel won the judges' praise, and the prize, with her lemon cupcake with a creamy kiwi filling.
