Emeril goes to Tuscany, where simple ingredients are used for some of Italy's most memorable dishes. He serves up a Pumpkin Soup with Sage and Sweet Italian Sausage; Cotechino with Warm Lentil Salad; Pappardelle with Slow Cooked Duck Ragout; Grilled Big Porterhouse Tuscan-Style with Herbed- Garlic Olive Oil and Grilled Radicchio Treviso.
