GAME PLAN:
Weekend Prep
- Score skin of ham.
- Mix glaze, pour over ham and bake with Mandarin Oranges on top.
- Remove from oven, let rest then slice. Store in an oven-ready container in refrigerator for Meal #1.
Meal #1
- Reheat ham slices in oven with a little water.
- Sautee bok choy with seasonings.
- Plate and enjoy!
Meal #2
- Slice pre-cooked turkey breast.
- Chop salsa ingredients and combine in bowl. Spoon salsa over turkey slices.
- Sautee broccoli rabe side dish.
- Plate and enjoy!
- Pulse hazelnuts till ground and combine with sugar cookie dough. Roll out dough, slice and bake.
- Melt chocolate in double boiler.
- Layer cookies with apricot preserves. Dip halfway in chocolate and place on parchment or wax paper to dry.
- Mix Cranberry Fizzle ingredients in a pitcher, add lime slices. Pour into glass over ice, garnish with mint and serve.
- Heat milk. Whisk in cocoa mix and crushed peppermint stick. Pour into mugs. Add peppermint schnapps and peppermint stick swizzle stick if desired.
