Clarke Comollo works on the Ski Patrol for Stratton Mtn in VT, and wants to pull off a party with an Après Ski menu for his Ski Patrol buddies. They whip up Tacos Carne Asada and Tacos Pollo on the grill; Mojo; Pico De Gallo; and Guacamole.
