Dan Glickberg

A fourth-generation founding family member at Fairway Market, Dan has had a lifelong passion for food, and he had worked many jobs at the store before becoming a vice president in 2005. In 2013 he began his own business, Dan Glickberg Food, which focuses on food consulting and media.

Daniel Green

Daniel, aka The Model Cook, is a chef and host, and he's known around the world as an expert on healthy eating. A luxury shopping presenter on television with a wide fan base, Daniel has also created a signature line of healthy foods and smart utensils.

Michele Hoskins

The founder and CEO of Michele Foods, Michele turned her family's secret recipe for next-level breakfast syrup into a thriving business that now produces different flavors of specialty syrups, which are currently sold at thousands of stores across the country. 

Pat LaFrieda

The owner and operator of LaFrieda Meats, Pat runs a company that serves upward of 1,000 customers, including top restaurants in cities across the country. In 2012 Pat starred in Food Network's Meat Men, and LaFrieda Meats launched a retail location at New York City's Citi Field. Pat published his first-ever cookbook, which celebrates all of the ins and outs of meat, in 2014.

Robert Earl

As the founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood International, Robert is a longtime leader in the food and beverage industry, and the Planet Hollywood brand has achieved global recognition since its 1991 start. He's also the host of Cooking Channel's Robert Earl's Be My Guest, which showcases culinary secrets at little-known spots across the country.

Scott Gerber

Scott is the principal and CEO of Gerber Group, a hospitality company that focuses on reinventing nightlife experiences and currently manages 18 properties. Frequently interviewed both on television and in print, Scott is known as a top entrepreneur within the hospitality industry.

Sonia Kapadia

Sonia is the founder and CEO of Taste Savant, the go-to app and website designed to help the savvy diner decide where to eat. Previously she led marketing on billion-dollar brands at PepsiCo and Frito-Lay in the U.S. and the U.K. She also has worked at several startups, one of which she led to an acquisition. Sonia also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Willie Degel

Willie is a blue-collar kid from Queens turned celebrity entrepreneur, the founder and CEO of the famous New York City restaurant group Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse, the Franchisor of Jack’s Shack Organic Eatery, a certified “Steakologist” (aka The Steak Doctor), a motivational speaker, an investor and the star of Food Network’s Restaurant Stakeout. His hands-on approach, attention to detail and passion for building, designing and decorating all of his restaurants drove Willie to develop his thriving Hamptons-based luxury home-building company, Perfect Homes.
