Caribe Playa Beach Resort

Anthony Melchiorri heads to the island getaway Caribe Playa Beach Resort to reinvigorate a hotel that's a mere 10 footsteps away from the beautiful tropical beaches of Puerto Rico. Owner George Engel struggles to make revenue off this prime real estate, which hasn't seen a profit since 2006. Upon Anthony's arrival, he sees trash littered across the beaches adjacent to the hotel, followed by Anthony feeling overwhelmed by a cluttered and eclectic front desk. Afterwards, he discovers that the guest rooms lack décor, security, and most importantly, a phone line to contact the front desk. To make matters worse, George's wife Francis is the hotel's General Manager, and Anthony realizes quickly that she is failing miserably. Anthony first resolves the sticky family situation before physically fixing anything else at the resort. Then, Anthony enlists designer Blanche Garcia to help redesign the chaotic front desk, in addition to remodeling the guest rooms to resemble a five-star accommodation. Meanwhile, Anthony works with George to hire a new, experienced General Manager to manage the day-to-day tasks that Francis struggled to handle. The new General Manager's first order of business, as tasked by Anthony, is to restore the poolside bar in time for a party happening at the end of the week. With the resort's new management, coupled with Blanche's renovations to the front desk and guest rooms, can Anthony turn this struggling oceanfront hotel into a world-class destination resort?
