Just in time for Halloween, Adam Gertler travels coast to coast in search of America's most extreme sweets - discovering creepy, crawly scorpion suckers and worm covered caramel apples on the California coast, candy cocktails and a chocolate spa in Hershey, Pennsylvania and a crazy candy shop in Hollywood with a sweet so spicy he has to sign a waiver to eat it.
