On two separate occasions, a secret package speeds through the busy streets of New York on the back of a bike messenger. These top secret dossiers are delivered into the hands of none other than chef Bobby Flay. He cracks them open and first finds details about an infamous, award-winning and outstanding local cook--Butch Lupinetti, a BBQ pit master who knows everything about pork, beef and BBQ chicken. Next he learns about Giorgio Giove, a second place competition winner for the best tasting pizza in the world. Competitive by nature, and always ready for a challenge, Bobby knows he’s got to be prepared to battle both of them. But will his professional skill will be any match for the passion and promise Butch and Giorgio bring to their specialties?
