Then, Giada returns home and makes three steak dishes; Broiled Porter House with Salmoriglio, Flat Iron Steak with Piquillo Pepper Pesto, Skirt Steak with Asian Bruschetta and a steak house cocktail, the Negroni Sbagliato.
