Stache International

This isn't the bologna sandwich you grew up taking to school for lunch. Weighing a full 5 pounds, The Big Dawg stars a slow-smoked bologna sausage blanketed with creamy American cheese, sweet caramelized onions and succulent, salty bacon, plus a generous drizzle of a spiced mustard-ketchup sauce.

Pie-Sci

If you like pizza and you like lasagna, chances are good that you'll love the Pizzagna from Pie-Sci. This 18-pound beauty is layered like a lasagna, but here, the lasagna itself is a layer. The base is a cheesy Detroit-style square pizza, which not one but two hearty lasagnas are piled on top of. To finish, fresh greens and a creamy butternut squash sauce.

Garrido's Bistro and Pastry

Made with more than 15 ingredients and reaching no less than 20 inches wide, this super-stuffed arepa is aptly named The Punisher. Wine-simmered beef, a chicken-avocado salad and fried plantains combine with queso blanco and fresh fixings inside a monstrous dough pocket to create the ultimate tower of flavor.
