1/2 bunch fresh cilantro (1 tablespoon chopped)

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, about 5 ounces each
1 carton eggs (2 eggs)
1 flank steak, about 1 1/4 pounds

PANTRY GOODS (herbs, spices, breadcrumbs, seeds, oils, nuts, canned goods, etc)
1 container panko crumbs or unseasoned dry bread crumbs (1 cup)
1 jar or can tomato sauce (2 cups)
1 tube wasabi paste (2 teaspoons)
1 jar chili powder (1 teaspoon)
1 jar ground cumin (1 teaspoon)
1 jar triple peppercorns (recommended: peppercorn mélange) (2 tablespoons)
1 jar garlic flakes (2 teaspoons)
1 small bottle balsamic vinegar (1/2 cup)
1 pint container reduced-sodium beef broth (1/2 cup)
1 small box cornstarch (2 teaspoons)
1 small bottle liquid smoke (1 teaspoon)
1 small bottle hot sauce (1 teaspoon)

CHEESE & DAIRY
1 pint container grated Parmesan (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
1 pint sour cream (1 cup)
1 pint container crumbled blue cheese (1/3 cup)

BREADS, CAKES & PASTRIES
1 pound fresh or frozen pizza or bread dough
