SĒR Steak + Spirits
Don't let the name of the Millionaire Pie at SĒR Steak + Spirits in Dallas fool you. Fabio Viviani says, "It's actually very affordable." Featuring a graham cracker crust, and raspberry sorbet layered over a rich, butter-laced vanilla ice cream base, this over-the-top dessert is crowned with a cloud of fluffy meringue, which is torched for extra flavor. "Eat dessert first," Fabio says.

"Every sandwich is probably as big as your head," Rachael Ray says of the scene at Primanti Brothers in Pittsburgh. "You need to go there hungry." She orders The Cap & Egg, which the chef at the restaurant says was first made in 1933. This monstrous beauty features capicola and a fried egg, plus a mound of french fries and handful of coleslaw. According to Rachael, "It's so good you can't stop eating, so you eat a lot."

Big Gay Ice Cream
When the staff at New York City's Big Gay Ice Cream is constructing the Bea Arthur, "they treat the cone first," Anne Burrell says. Not only is there dulce de leche drizzled within the cone, but the cone is also filled with crushed vanilla cookies. Then it's all about the vanilla soft-serve, which features lines of dulce de leche running throughout and a blanket of crushed cookies on top. "There's no part of it I'll waste. I'll even lick my fingers," Anne says.

Butter & Scotch
"Warm, rich decadent" is how Lorraine Pascale describes the filling in the Bourbon Ginger Pecan pie at Brooklyn's Butter & Scotch. "It's a deep-dish pecan pie — and a big, fat shot of bourbon. I mean like bourbon liquor," she adds. This rich pie is built on top of an all-butter crust and finished with a dollop of whipped cream for added indulgence.

Bay Cities Italian Deli & Bakery
Prosciutto, mortadella, salami — these are just a few of the meats layered inside The Godmother, a super-stuffed sandwich at Bay Cities Italian Deli in Santa Monica, Calif. There's also provolone cheese, pickled peppers, and fresh lettuce and tomatoes, which round out the flavor and texture. Curtis Stone recommends ordering "the works," which he says creates "the perfect storm" of taste with some help from a heavy-handed squirt of dressing.

"This represents all the food groups you really want to eat in your life and all the food groups you seek to avoid, which I think is the definition of a guilty pleasure," Alex Guarnaschelli says of the Bacon Babka at Philadelphia's Supper. There's no shortage of bacon in this dish, with bacon fat within and on top of the homemade dough, plus a sprinkle of chopped bacon rolled inside of it as well. "It's total overkill and I cannot wait to eat it again," Alex says.
