Jack Hourigan, the youngest of nine children, was born and raised outside of Toronto, Canada. She holds a degree in English/Theatre from McGill University in Montreal and is a graduate of the famed Second City Conservatory.

After graduating from the prestigious culinary program at Johnson & Wales University, Florence tackled the Big Apple where he helmed multiple acclaimed restaurants and established himself as one of New York City’s finest young stars.
