snow peas (2 cups)
green beans (2 cups)
1 head radicchio (for 8 leaves)
1 bag pre-shredded carrots (1/4 cup)
1 bunch scallions (1/4 cup chopped)
1 red onion
beefsteak tomatoes (1/3 cup diced)
1 bunch fresh cilantro (1 tablespoon chopped)
1 bunch fresh mint (for garnish)

FRUITS
fresh strawberries (1 cup chopped)
2 each grapefruits
limes (1 tablespoon)
fresh, diced pineapple (2 cups)
2 or 3 ripe pears

MEATS, POULTRY & SEAFOOD
1 (3 pound) pork tenderloin

PANTRY GOODS (herbs, spices, breadcrumbs, seeds, oils, nuts, canned goods, etc)
1 jar strawberry preserves (1/2 cup)
1 jar raspberry preserves (1/4 cup)
1 jar boysenberry preserves (1/4 cup)
1 jar apricot preserves (1/2 cup)
1 bottle ground cumin (2 teaspoons)
1 jar chili powder (1 tablespoon)
1 jar poppy seeds (1 teaspoon)
1 bottle garlic and herb seasoning (1 teaspoon)
1 box quick-cooking rice (1 cup)
1 bottle sesame oil (2 teaspoons)
1 bottle soy sauce (2 tablespoons plus more for dipping)
1 bottle sherry vinegar (2 teaspoons)
1 bag slivered almonds (1/4 cup)
1 bag granola (1/2 cup)

CHEESE & DAIRY
1 container part-skim ricotta cheese (1/2 cup)
