Meal #1
Seared Steaks with Bourbon-Thyme Pan Sauce
- Season steaks with salt, pepper and thyme.
- Add steaks to the pan and sear. Add bourbon and broth and simmer.
- Remove steaks and set on platter, reserving 2 for another meal.
- Stir in cornstarch and beef broth and simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
- Add to saucepan chicken broth, instant brown rice, almonds, dried cranberries and garlic and herb seasoning and cook.
- Serve with steak and enjoy!
Rice Pilaf with Cranberries and Almonds
Meal #2
Cheese Steak Egg Rolls with Ranch Pepper Rings
- Saute onion.
- Thinly slice reserved steaks.
- And add steak to pan.
- Top spring roll wrappers with steak, onions, cheese and roll up.
- Place onto baking sheet.
- On another baking sheet place peppers.
- Coat with ranch dip mix.
- Place both baking sheet into oven and bake.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
