Seattle Picnic

Sandra finds the perfect setting for a picnic the gorgeous Northwest Trek Wildlife Park in Washington State, teeming with local wildlife like Moose and Caribou.

Her picnic menu starts off with Stuffed Peppadew Peppers and Asian Slaw with crispy chow mein noodles. Then, a delicious grilled steak sandwich on ciabatta bread. For dessert, Sandra's No Bake Fruit and Cheesecake Bars. Plus, the perfect picnic cocktail, Sandra's light and sweet Zen-gria.
