STAPLE PANTRY ITEMS (Always make sure you have these staples on hand - these are essential ingredients you should always need.)

Ground black pepper
Olive oil
All-purpose flour (1/2 cup)
Jar of minced garlic/peeled garlic cloves (2 teaspoons minced or 2 peeled cloves)

Unsalted butter ( 1 tablespoon)

PRODUCE
1 green bell pepper (1/2 cup sliced)
1 package sliced or whole button mushrooms (1/2 cup sliced)
2 plum tomatoes (1/2 cup diced) or 1 small can diced tomatoes
1 bunch green onions (1/4 cup chopped)
2 leeks (1 1/2 cups sliced)
1 bunch fresh chives (1/4 cup minced)
1 large bunch fresh swiss chard (8 cups chopped)

MEATS, POULTRY & SEAFOOD
8 slices turkey bacon
12 ounces sliced baked ham
1 pound chorizo or andouille sausage (2 cups finely diced)

PANTRY GOODS (herbs, spices, breadcrumbs, seeds, oils, nuts, canned goods, etc)
Dijon mustard (1 teaspoon)
Ground cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
1 jar prepared mango chutney (4 tablespoons)
Roasted soy nuts (1/4 cup)

CHEESE & DAIRY
12 large eggs
Milk (3/4 cup)
Shredded swiss cheese (1/2 cup)
8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
1 small container sour cream (1/2 cup)
