On Thursdays, Damaris goes out swing dancing. This week, she invites her boyfriend to join her for a light and easy weeknight dinner of Fried Olive and Lentil Salad, Acorn Squash Stuffed With Sausage, Barley and Goat Cheese and "Dance the Night Away" Energy bars to enliven their spirits before the dance and keep them light on their feet.
