Raiza Costa

Raiza Costa is an award-winning filmmaker and pastry chef based in Brooklyn. She graduated with a degree in Fine Arts in 2004, and then later attended the French Culinary Institute of New York, bringing together her two passions: film and food. In 2010 she created the first YouTube show dedicated to the art of patisserie called Dulce Delight , and now she hosts a Food Network digital original series called The Sweet Side of Life .

Her videos are driven by storytelling and technique. The art direction provides surroundings that mirror the beauty of the pastry. Each episode is infused with a distinctive “retro-pop” look and vibrant colors.
