"Beauty from the Inside Out" Smoothie: In a blender, combine 1 cup ice, 1 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1/2 frozen organic banana, a handful of frozen organic cherries and 1/2 to 1 cup kale (depending on your taste) and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Lip and Hand Scrub: In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 tablespoons honey. Apply a small amount of the scrub to dry lips and rub on and around the lip area to remove any dead skin. Remove with a damp towel.
Apply the scrub to your hands, rub them together and rinse with warm water. Afterwards, apply olive oil to your cuticles and any rough areas.
Face Mask: Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 1/2 cup plain, full-fat yogurt and 1 tablespoon oatmeal. Apply as a mask, leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse. Use about once a week for hydration and deep cleansing.
