- Clean and cut all vegetables
- Reserve for later
Slow Cooker Chicken Gumbo Over Rice
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir and cook.
- Prepare rice according to directions.
- Serve over rice.

Slow Cooker Parmesan-Sage Pork Loin with Watercress Salad with Sliced Pears, Goat Cheese, and Pine Nuts
- Add vegetables and broth to slow cooker.
- Season and place pork on top, cook.
- Assemble salad.
- Slice Pork and serve over vegetables, spoon broth over top.
- Eat and enjoy with watercress salad on the side.
- Reserve half of pork for Meal #3

Hot Chili Grilled Pork Rounds with Avocado-Mango Salsa and Couscous
- Combine and mix salsa ingredients.
- Cook couscous.
- Season and grill pork.
- Serve pork over couscous with salsa spooned on top. Enjoy!
