Meal #1
Prep Slow Cooker Parmesan-Sage Pork Loin

  • Clean and cut all vegetables

  • Reserve for later

Slow Cooker Chicken Gumbo Over Rice
  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir and cook.

  • Prepare rice according to directions.

  • Serve over rice.

  • Eat and Enjoy!

Meal #2
Slow Cooker Parmesan-Sage Pork Loin with Watercress Salad with Sliced Pears, Goat Cheese, and Pine Nuts

  • Add vegetables and broth to slow cooker.

  • Season and place pork on top, cook.

  • Assemble salad.

  • Slice Pork and serve over vegetables, spoon broth over top.

  • Eat and enjoy with watercress salad on the side.

  • Reserve half of pork for Meal #3

Meal #3
Hot Chili Grilled Pork Rounds with Avocado-Mango Salsa and Couscous

  • Combine and mix salsa ingredients.

  • Cook couscous.

  • Season and grill pork.

  • Serve pork over couscous with salsa spooned on top. Enjoy!
