Chef Aaron May hits the right note with a Key Lime Pisco Sour before giving us his Grilled Quail with Pomegranate and reminding us that life is sweet with a Grapefruit Brûlée Tartlette. Hunter Fieri stuns with some Sweet 'N Sour Chicken Wings and busts out his Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Maple Bacon and Parmesan.

Hunter Fieri knocks first with Roasted Kabocha Hummus with Spicy Pepitas, before serving up some Pork and Prosciutto with Marsala Brown Butter. Antonia Lofaso spikes her Blood Orange Punch with Spiced Rum, fries Black Squid Ink Tempura Fish and Chips, and makes some terrifyingly delicious Spooky Pizzas. Marc Murphy satisfies the crowd with Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Kabocha and sweetens the deal with Butternut Squash Kabak Tatlisi. Michael Voltaggio digs up a Roasted Vegetable "Dirt" Bowl and stuffs a Squash O'Lantern with some Dungeness Crab.

Rocco DiSpirito gets creative with his Clam Chowder Jalapeno Poppers and brings it on home with a Southampton Clambake in a Can. Ming Tsai gets the party started with his Lemongrass Shandy before offering up some Honey Gingered Corn en Papillote. Jonathan Waxman prepares his Seafood al Cartoccio and a simple yet luxurious Grilled Zucchini and Eggplant Casserole with a Pistachio Pesto.

Guy Fieri and his chef friends have chocolate on the brain and in the kitchen. Rocco DiSpirito goes all out with Lobster served in White Chocolate Vanilla Bourbon Gravy plus Bacon and Chocolate Monkey Bread. Elizabeth Falkner starts at the source with Mayan Cocoa Nib Spiced Pork Tenderloin and serves a boozy Chocolate Nog-a-Rita. Jet Tila mixes up some mole for his Mole Poblano Chicken Wings and gives Rocco a run for his money with some Salted Chocolate Banana Bread. Michael Voltaggio makes Cocoa "Blackened Steak" and digs deep for Smoked Carrots with Coffee Mole Dirt.

The star of the competition is an iconic American ingredient: beef! Host Eric Adjepong challenges three skilled chefs from Oklahoma, Georgia and Texas to prove their mastery of beef by knocking Chef Alex Guarnaschelli off her pedestal. The chefs strategize what ingredients to use, and judges Cara Nicoletti and Michael Voltaggio decide if the competitors keep Chef Alex on her toes or if she walks all over them.

Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three talented shellfish experts from Louisiana, Maine and Hawaii to challenge Chef Alex Guarnaschelli in two intense rounds of cooking. In round one, the chefs seal their fate by choosing the ingredients they and Alex will cook with. One chef is eliminated before round two, where they have the chance to win up to $15,000 if they can win over judges Tiffani Faison and Tetsu Yahagi and defeat Chef Alex.

The Chopped competitors take on ingredients that would usually be thrown away in hopes of turning edible trash into culinary treasures. In the appetizer round, all four chefs have zero reservations about the zero-waste theme, and they have big plans for the shrimp-centric basket. Then, a leftover dish and ignored vegetable tops create a culinary puzzle in the entrée round, and the two finalists make wise use of expired milk before time expires in the dessert round.

It's the biggest Chopped shake up ever as a wheel of chance determines which of the sixteen chefs will compete, how the tournament jackpot will go and what randomly selected ingredients will be added to the challenge. In the first battle, four talented and ambitious chefs get a tough appetizer basket that includes a glorious seafood product. In the entrée round, the chefs must combine an acai bowl with an amphibious delicacy. Then, a spin of the wheel gives the chefs a strange beverage they must include in their desserts.

With twelve chefs left in the pool of potential competitors, only three will be selected by the wheel to attempt to topple a fierce returning champion! In a dramatic appetizer round, the chefs must work with a funny cake and an unusual canned item. Then, the chefs have differing opinions in the entrée round about whether the randomly selected fourth ingredient is a cinch or a problem, while the dessert round has both chefs running into issues trying to make delicious final plates from a weird pie and a nostalgic candy.

From a pool of nine, the wheel determines which three chefs will be selected to topple a fierce returning champion for a chance at an ever-rising jackpot. In a wild first round, prepping an ingredient eats up time for one chef, which worries the judges. Then, the chefs find ostrich meat in the entrée basket, which seems easy compared to the nightmare ingredient the wheel deals out. The two chefs left give it their all with spicy and sweet desserts in hopes of continuing on to battle four!

In the appetizer round, everyone is unfamiliar with the ingredient that was randomly selected by the wheel, while the protein in the entrée round causes problems. Then, it's a nail-biter of a dessert round as the chefs race to prove who can make the better sweet plate from a breakfast pastry and an Asian spice. Winner will move on to the decisive battle five!

As Kathy sees her dreams coming to fruition, she is at a major crossroads with her father. To show her appreciation and respect for the legacy he has created, Kathy plans a surprise block party for her father's restaurant, House of Nanking, which has been named a landmark restaurant. Kathy hopes that this gesture will reaffirm her father's faith in her while also getting his blessing to continue the expansion. Meanwhile, tensions between Long and Lillian implode and force Kathy to make a major decision.
