About the Show

Juan Carlos Cruz, our calorie commando, heads up a saucy SWAT team to help regular folks deal with their food issues. With a "satisfy, don’t deny" philosophy, Food Network will help men and women slim down over a three-month period for a special event in their lives. Juan Carlos will show participants how to rethink what they eat and satisfy themselves with delicious, healthy foods. A nutritionist will be on deck to help devise eating programs to suit each individual "loser," and trainers will help them shape and trim up. At the end of the training period, our trio will weigh in AND receive a total makeover before their big events.
