Acclaimed Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Wolfgang spend the day in Little Tokyo in LA. Together they create a tempura with two mustard dipping sauces and a ponzu sauce, as well as black cod with miso sauce. (Episode: WP1C23)
