This week brings the toughest Main Dish Challenge yet. The recruits are making hors d'oeuvres for guests at a St. Patrick's Day party and they're all intimidated at the thought of producing 35 potato skins. The chefs then double down and tell them they're each also responsible for a second dish — 35 additional pieces.
"I'm trying to multitask as much as I possibly can, but this is just ridiculous," says Anthony. He doesn't end up finishing his two dishes, so Chef Anne has to send him home, but he leaves with his usual smile: "Despite Chef Anne yelling at me all the time, I cannot thank her enough. My wife is going to be amazed when I come home and cook a really good meal."
Before Bobby can pick someone to send home, Benjamin makes the decision easy and nominates himself. "I haven't been able to give my best effort because my head just hasn't been in it," he explains. "It's probably best for me to be with my family. I'm looking forward to cooking a real meal that they can enjoy. That means the world to me."
