cuarenta y tres

Pronunciation: [kwah-RAYN-tah ee TRAYSS]

Spanish for "43," this liqueur is so named because it's purportedly made from 43 different ingredients. It's bright yellow in color, extremely sweet and viscous and has a vanilla-citrus flavor. Also called Licor 43.
