Swedish pancake


Small (about 3 inches in diameter) delicately moist, rich pancake traditionally served with butter and lingonberries. Swedish pancakes (plättar) are classically made in a plett pan, which has 7 round, shallow indentations. In Sweden, these pancakes are served for dessert.
