The five remaining finalists make their first public appearance at Sur La Table and learn how to demo in front of a crowd from Dave Lieberman (Good Deal). After showing off their best cupcake decorating techniques, the finalists head back to Food Network headquarters where the multi-talented Alton Brown (Good Eats) coaches them on how to pitch a television show and put together a field piece. After shooting, editing and presenting their show ideas, the selection panel eliminates another finalist.
