The remaining eleven finalists learn how hard it is to perform an assembly line demo in only eleven minutes. Then, special guest star Duff Goldman from "Ace of Cakes" presents their next challenge: Duff is throwing a party for a hundred of his closest friend on the Santa Monica Pier. The finalists must each take a classic carnival sweet and transform it into a savory party bite for the guest of honor and all of his friends.
