Madison Cowan
Chef Madison Cowan is a hands-on dad, author, entrepreneur and former two-time street resident with roots in London, Jamaica and Detroit. In 2004, after being awarded a four-star rating from The Times as head chef of Ashbells in London’s West End, he established Madison Cowan LLC, a global culinary production company that oversees operations in licensing and consulting, cookery demonstration, television production and mobile clandestine dining that has reached throughout Africa, Europe, Japan and South America. Chef Cowan holds the title of Chopped's first Grand Champion and defeated Iron Chef Jose Garces in Iron Chef America's Battle Kale.

Duskie Estes
Duskie Estes, a graduate of Brown University, began cooking at age 5 using her Easy-Bake Oven. She has worked at Lucky's/Al Forno, 21 Federal and Kinkead's, Green's and Glide Church, Baywolf, Share Our Strength, Dahlia Lounge, Etta's Seafood and Palace Kitchen. Chef Estes and her husband, John Stewart, own and operate ZAZU Restaurant + Farm in Santa Rosa, Calif., and BOVOLO in Healdsburg, Calif. The couple also owns MacBryde Farm, named for their daughters, Brydie and Mackenzie. Chef Estes was a fierce competitor in the third season of The Next Iron Chef, during which she won the first secret ingredient challenge but was eliminated by Celina Tio in episode four.

Roberto Treviño
Chef Roberto Treviño became fascinated with the kitchen as a young cook in the San Francisco Bay area. The opening of the El Conquistador Resort brought him to Puerto Rico, where he fell in love with the flavors of the island. The Condado area of Puerto Rico is home to Budatai, Chef Treviño's signature 5000-square-foot restaurant, as well as sister establishments Bar Gitano and El Barril. In Season 2 of The Next Iron Chef, Chef Treviño faced off against some of the best chefs in the nation. He lasted five episodes before being eliminated by eventual winner Chef Jose Garces.

Lee Anne Wong
Since she traded her burgeoning fashion career for the culinary world, Chef Lee Anne Wong has been bringing her modern-global fusion cuisine to the people. She served as an integral part of the opening staff at Jean Georges Vongrichten’s Chinese venture, Restaurant 66. She has also cooked and staged in kitchens all over the world, including Marcus Samuelsson’s Aquavit, The French Laundry, Charlie Trotter’s of Chicago, Nobu and The Four Seasons. Chef Wong brought her culinary skills to an even wider audience when she brought her talents to television, first as a contestant on Season 1 of Top Chef and more recently as a contributor to Cooking Channel's Unique Eats. Recently, Chef Wong bested Iron Chef Marc Forgione in Iron Chef America's Halloween candy battle.
