Throwdown with Bobby Flay

Nothing says Southern comfort like a basket of homemade biscuits and jam, and nobody makes them better than Nashville's own Carol Fay Ellison. Carol Fay has earned nationwide fame as "the biscuit lady" at Nashville's famous Loveless Cafe and thinks she'll be making her amazing biscuits and jam for a new Food Network series called Singin' in the Kitchen. What this sassy southerner doesn't know is that Bobby is gearing up to challenge her to a down-home biscuits and jam competition. With a special appearance by country-music star Luke Bryan this is sure to be a Throwdown full of surprises!
