Carol Fay has earned nationwide fame as "the biscuit lady" at Nashville's famous Loveless Cafe and thinks she'll be making her amazing biscuits and jam for a new Food Network series called Singin' in the Kitchen. What this sassy southerner doesn't know is that Bobby is gearing up to challenge her to a down-home biscuits and jam competition. With a special appearance by country-music star Luke Bryan this is sure to be a Throwdown full of surprises!
