SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 21 YEARS OR OLDER, AND SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

ELIGIBILITY: The "Get Closer to Your Food with Sunny" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older, except employees, officers, directors, agents (and their immediate families [spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses] and household members [whether or not related]) of Kimberly-Clark World Wide (the "Sponsor"), Television Food Network, G.P., South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, with the Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 1, 2009 and end at 5:00 p.m. ET on November 16, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotion Period: i) visit www.foodnetwork.com/getcloser, complete the online entry form in its entirety, and submit; or ii) you may visit the "Get Closer to Your Food with Sunny" booth at the 2009 New York Wine & Food Festival being held from 10/08/09 - 10/11/09, fill out the entry form in its entirety, and deposit in the ballot box available. All hard copy entries obtained at the "Get Closer to Your Food with Sunny" booth must be deposited in the ballot box before the booth closes down on 10/11/09. All online entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on November 16, 2009 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry. All entries must be in English. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Submission if it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be voided. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, incomplete, lost, or misdirected, entries, nor for Internet-related technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Proof of online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor' control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Each entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between entrant and Sponsor is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and that entrant's decision to submit his/her entry to Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes does not place Sponsor in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public with regard to elements of entrant's Submission. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2010 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare to Miami, FL from the major airport closest to winner's home address; (ii) first class hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) for three (3) days/two (2) nights; (iii) round-trip airport transfers in Miami; (iv) two (2) tickets to see Chef Sunny Anderson during a demo at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival; (v) meet and greet with Chef Sunny Anderson; (vi) tickets for two (2) people to additional events at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival (events to be determined by sponsor); and (vii) $4,000 spending money (for winner only). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Prize Package is $10,000.00. This trip must be taken February 26, 2010 - February 28, 2010. If winner is unable to travel on the above dates, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. This decision will be made at the discretion of the Sponsor.
Total ARV of the one (1) prize to be given away: $10,000.00
The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses (including, but not limited to meals, beverages, incidentals, tips, or other personal expenses) associated with acceptance and use of any element of the Grand Prize not specifically addressed above as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize winner and their respective guest must travel on the exact same itinerary (the same airline and flight) or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Travel companion of Grand Prize Winner must be aged 21 years or older and will be required to sign publicity and liability releases, and return same, properly executed, prior to issuance of travel documents. All travel is subject to availability. Once travel arrangements have been made and tickets have been purchased, travel may only be altered at the sole expense of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the Winner's responsibility. Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize (Approximately $10,000.00). Some restrictions may apply. The prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. Prize will be awarded.
HOW WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about December 15, 2009. Winner will be selected by an independent judging organization and will be contacted by phone and/or confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of drawing. Judge's decision with respect to winners and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: The prospective Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and where allowable, a Publicity Release, and return same, properly executed, within seven (7) days of issuance of prize notification. Such documents will be binding and effective upon signature, and shall encompass all Sweepstakes Entities. If Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective winner, if the prospective winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the prospective winner fails to comply with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
