Scene at South Beach: Bobby Flay Hosts Bubble Q

What's better than a beachside barbecue? One sparkling with celebrity chefs and lots and lots of champagne. The stars came out last night for South Beach Wine & Food Festival's Bubble Q to meet up with host Bobby Flay and sample smoky wares from Giada De Laurentiis, Todd English, Al Roker, Chris Lilly, Iron Chef Cat Cora and more. We also spied Guy Fieri and Michael Symon at the event -- take a peek at the action!

Three-time host Bobby Flay led the festivities at the final edition of the long-standing Bubble-Q event at SOBE. The same tent that hosted Burger Bash the night before was transformed to a bright white wash on the sand.

A mere 20 minutes into the evening, Cat Cora changed her menu by marking out "Soutzoukakia" -- the Greek word for meatball -- with the shorter English word, saying "everyone was asking me how to pronounce it...I couldn't spend the entire night explaining it over and over again."

The not-to-be-missed bite of the night? Chris Lilly's BBQ stand, set up just outside the tent to accommodate a monster smoker. No matter how full you thought you were, the moment you were handed the boat-shaped dish of BBQ pulled pork, mac and cheese and baked beans, you got a second wind of hunger for these low-and-slow classics. The insider tip of the evening was to step to the side of their tent to ask for an extra dulling of BBQ sauce.
