Here’s a way to make your holidays even merrier and brighter (but hopefully not too sloppy): oversize holiday ornaments filled with Smirnoff vodka.

The roundish, gold-capped limited-edition glass bottles – which are probably not for actually hanging on your tree (because breakage and fire hazard and all) -- contain 750 mL. of Smirnoff’s classic, best-selling, award-winning, robust-yet-smooth No. 21 vodka, which is sure to get you in the holiday spirits … er, spirit.

The vodka is 40 percent alcohol by volume, 80 proof, triple-distilled, 10-times-filtered, gluten-free, made with non-GMO ingredients and Kosher-certified -- although if you’re shopping for Christmas tree ornaments, that last selling point may not mean that much to you.

The bottles, selling for the remainder of the holiday season for the gift-friendly suggested retail price of $12.99, are dappled with bright colors and snowy speckles and emblazoned with encouragingly festive messages, such as “Mix & Mingle” and “Eat, Drink & Be Merry.”
