You Are Going to Love the Latest Update to Food Network's Recipe App

We're cooking up fun and fresh daily content to fuel your kitchen adventures.

Our favorite new feature in the Food Network In the Kitchen app is going to take your cooking to a whole new level. We’ve added a slideshow where we’ll share new and crave-worthy recipes, videos, hacks and food trend how-tos. Come back every day for new inspiration; whether that means learning how to make risotto with step-by-step photos or watching a video of how to make a healthy breakfast that you won’t hate eating every day.

Armed with knowledge from a test kitchen that tests and creates thousands of recipes a year, we’re here to help you boost your knowledge and confidence in the kitchen.

So how does it work?

Download or update to the latest version of the Food Network In the Kitchen app on your Apple device (don’t worry, this feature will be coming soon to Android!). Open up the app and you’ll see the slideshow at the top of your feed – open up anything that piques your interest and scan through the other stories by swiping left and right. You can swipe up to view and save recipes from within a video or by tapping on links from galleries.

We’re adding new content every day – unread stories will show up at the front of the feed and older stories will be pushed out of the rotation, so be sure to save any recipes you want to hold on to by viewing the recipe, then tapping the heart in the top right corner. This will add the recipe to your Recipe Box and you can go back to it whenever you want by tapping on the My Stuff section.

Food Network’s In the Kitchen app has always been a place to answer the eternal question of “What’s for dinner?” and we hope that this new feature helps you answer that question and any others you have in your own kitchen.
