Halo Top Is Giving Away Free Ice Cream for National Ice Cream Day

Mark your calendars for July 15 – only the first 1,000 to act will get it.

National Ice Cream Day is July 15 and Halo Top Creamery is celebrating in a very generous way: They're giving away 1,000 pints of their newest limited-edition flavor, peanut butter and jelly.

So how to score your free pint? Starting at 12:01 a.m. EDT on July 15, go to the Halo Top website, put a pint of the peanut butter and jelly into your cart, and enter the code HALOTOPPB&J at checkout.

There's some fine print, but less than expected: You must set up an account on the site. That's it. Oh, and the offer is only available to U.S. residents, except in the following states: CA, CO, KS, LA, NV, TN and WI. Shipping and handling is included in the promotion (nice!) and your free ice cream will be delivered between July 17 and July 28.

If you're lucky enough to nab one of the freebies we can pretty much guarantee your friends will be peanut butter and jealous of your limited-edition score.
