Are You Hungry for Kim Kardashian’s Sparkly French Fry Purse?
It can be yours for the low, low price of $5,495.
We all know Kim Kardashian loves a carefully scheduled cheat day. But who knew she’d use a favored cheat food as an eye-catching accessory?
Stepping onto the red carpet at a party to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the luxury vintage retailer What Goes Around Comes Around in Beverly Hills last week, where items from the boutique’s upcoming Christie’s-presented New York auction were previewed, Kardashian wore a curve-hugging pink minidress (vintage Versace, appropriately), transparent-heeled Yeezy pumps and sunglasses.
But many eyes were on her bag – a small sparkly clutch that looked like a blinged-out box of French fries.
The Judith Leiber Couture "French Fries Rainbow" purse, encrusted with crystals, retails for more than $5,000 at Neiman Marcus, ET Online reports. Or at least it did. The item is now sold out (as is a similar bag at Bergdorf Goodman).
But no worries. Looks like you can still buy the bag directly from the designer, if you happen to have $5,495 burning a hole in your old purse (that probably does not look like a packet of French fries).
And those with a taste for food fashion and a desire for something a little different in a fancy clutch can always snag themselves a Judith Leiber Couture Popsicle Rainbow Clutch Bag, a Judith Leiber Couture Cupcake Rainbow Clutch Bag (Multicolor) or a Judith Leiber Couture Ice Cream Cone Crystal Clutch Bag. Each of these Austrian crystal-covered hard-shell clutch bags can be had for less than $5,000. Plus, shipping and returns are free. So, you know, a bargain.
