Hey, Want to Be Cardi B’s Chef?
She’s looking for someone in L.A. who can spice things up.

We know a lot about Cardi B’s likes, which include not only dollars, diamonds and million dollar deals, but also “those Balenciagas, the ones that look like socks,” “going to the jeweler” to “put rocks all in [her] watch,” and a bunch of other stuff, including a few things not mentioned in that hit song.
This week we learned about something Cardi B does not like: eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She is, she has let the world know via Twitter, “tired” of that. And she really needs “a chef in LA ASAP!”
Not surprisingly, social media is more than willing to rush to the Bronx-born rapper/singer/songwriter’s rescue. Among the more than 1,700 comments generated by the post in just a couple of days, there are lots of chefs and caterers flogging their work, some of them offering mouthwatering videos and impressively composed photographs to bolster their standing.
Some people nominated friends and family members for the position, including someone whose brother-in-law used to be, she said, the chef for the LA Rams, which is kind of cool.
So, you know, Cardi has options.
And a lot of people have dreams (not calling them delusions).
“All of a sudden I know how to cook,” wrote one commenter.
“All of a sudden I live in LA,” countered another.
All of a sudden I’m charmed by the whole thing. I’m sure those other chefs were nice enough, but she needs someone new to spice it up! Here’s hoping Cardi finds her culinary match.
