Summer Appetizer Showdown: Guy’s Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp vs. Ted’s Bruschetta With Prosciutto, Ricotta and Arugula

Ted’s summer bruschetta is a perfect last-minute appetizer — it takes just 20 minutes to prepare. He tops crusty slices of baguette with creamy ricotta, salty prosciutto and fresh arugula.

Guy makes a batch of chipotle-spiked barbecue sauce and uses half to baste his skewered bacon-wrapped shrimp, infusing them with even more flavor. The rest is saved for dipping.
