Comfort food, by definition, provides contentment. It's associated with a sense of home, and it often brings people together. But there's something else that always seems to tag along with those hearty, comforting meals: a sink full of dishes.

Well, we hate to sound like a broken record, but there is a solution to that problem, and it's the Instant Pot. Yes, that slow cooker, pressure cooker and stove-top stand-in can also add "dishwasher-putter-out-of-business tool" to its list of attributes. (Maybe not; that is kind of a long one. But you get where we're going.)
