Here’s the Best Way to Use Your Instant Pot This Christmas
You'll love it so much, you'll use it for every holiday.

Although the holidays may be a little different this year, one thing ought to stay the same: The food will be delicious! And for the perfect no-fuss, keep-the-oven-free holiday entree, there’s no better tool in your arsenal than an Instant Pot.
In Gabriela Rodiles' Instant Pot Cuban Mojo Pork class on the Food Network Kitchen app, she shows us how she uses the multi-cooker to make meltingly tender and juicy pulled pork, along with a secret sauce.
The dish was inspired by her father, who makes a classic Lechon Asado-style Cuban pork every Noche Buena (Christmas Eve). His roasts away in the oven for hours, but Gabriela’s scaled-down version lets her have a taste of the original with only about 30 minutes of hand-on prep and minimal cleanup.
Now, about that secret sauce. Her citrusy, tangy mojo tastes super-fresh and complex, but features only six ingredients that are probably already in your pantry or fridge. It's an amazing marinade for the pork and Gabriela promises that her mojo is so good that you could drink it! That means you'll probably want to make a little more to serve alongside the pork come dinnertime, too.
Instant Pots We Love
Pulled pork usually takes hours to develop its deep flavor, but Gabriela's Instant Pot method creates a foolproof, hands-off main course. Serve it on Christmas Eve with Gabriela's Instant Pot Cuban Black Beans and use any leftovers in sandwiches, tacos, chili or mac and cheese through the holiday weekend — the possibilities are truly endless.
