Some start thinking about Thanksgiving on the first day of November, others the week before. Here at Food Network, we're thinking about the holiday practically all year long. Seriously — we're dreaming up recipes for pies and sides in the middle of July, if not sooner! That's why when we launched our new Meal Planning tool in the Food Network Kitchen app, we knew we had to include a few Thanksgiving menus in the mix.

As we were coming up with ideas, we wanted to keep a few parameters in mind: Each meal plan should feature some of our favorite recipes (including ones with 5-star ratings), help maximize oven space (read: doesn't require you to own five ovens) and include enough make-ahead elements to help everyone stay sane. Plus, as celebrations may look different this year, we added menus for anyone looking to bring the feast outdoors as well as anyone looking for smaller-batch versions of the classics.

Whether you're hosting Thanksgiving for the first time or the hundredth, there is something for you. For our First Time Host's Guide, we pulled together a menu where every single recipe has a class, so you can watch and cook along with the pros, from Giada De Laurentiis to Alex Guarnaschelli to James Briscione. With their guidance, you'll be able to roast your turkey — and pull off the whole feast — with confidence. Our Outdoor Thanksgiving Menu utilizes the grill to cook the bird, along with the stuffing and a few other sides. Meanwhile, our (Almost) Oven-Free Thanksgiving Menu gives you the perfect excuse to break out your Instant Pot, air fryer and other kitchen gadgets. Our Make-Ahead Thanksgiving Menu is great for anyone who prefers to spend the day relaxing and mingling, while Our Best-Ever Thanksgiving Menu is ideal for those looking to stick with tradition.

Anticipating having a lot of leftovers this year? The day after Thanksgiving, tune into our Live classes for brilliant ideas on how to use 'em up — or keep an eye out for our meal plans featuring savvy ways to turn them into brunch, lunch or dinner.
