To say I’m rough on my oven mitts would be an understatement. They get burned, spilled on, stolen by my dog (he likes to hide things) and used constantly! This year, I’m treating myself to a new pair that should be a bit more resistant to hot pans, spaghetti sauce stains and more. This set includes pot holders and kitchen towels, too!

I feel like I'm on a never-ending quest for the perfect pots-and-pans organizational system. This heavy-duty rack caught my eye — it can be positioned on its side or vertically for stacking. And if it's strong enough to hold several cast-iron pans, it's gotta be strong enough to stand up to my not-so-gentle approach to grabbing the pots and lids I need, right?

For me, moving into a new apartment means it's time to upgrade my staple kitchen products, including food storage containers. These glass containers are oven-, microwave- and dishwasher-safe, meaning they can serve multiple uses in my kitchen. Plus, the multiple compartments make storing a meal easier than ever.

I have been looking at these lights for months! This is our first summer with our new pool, and I'm so excited to dress up our outdoor space with these fun floating lights. I love that they change color, and the fact that they're solar-powered is a nice bonus — they'll just charge up during the day and be ready and waiting for us come evening.

With these cabinet shelves I can maximize my cabinet space, which is great since I'm sharing the kitchen with roommates. I have two cabinets that are deep but only have one shelf, and right now I'm stacking everything from pots and pans to storage containers inside each other. It wil be a much more effective use of space and easier to store and access them with these shelves.

I've been on the hunt for an air purifier for a while, and now that Prime Day is here, it feels like time to actually commit. As a major spring and summer allergy sufferer, an air purifier might improve my symptoms — not to mention, who doesn't want to breathe fresher air? This Medify Air Purifier is on sale for less than $100, works on up to 660 square feet, and boasts HEPA H13 filtration. Plus, it claims to be super quiet, so it won't add to the white noise of my AC unit.

Having an outdoor balcony is definitely a major plus when it comes to your living space. This area allows an extra place for entertaining or relaxing depending on how you like to use it. For me, I enjoy both, so I've been trying to find ways to upgrade this space like adding a grill, table and even lounge chairs. Even the smallest details matters — so when I saw these LED string lights on sale I literally lit up! It's such an easy way to update your outside area and it also gives you that outdoor restaurant and al fresco dining vibe!

Making soup has become an integral part of my use-up-vegetables routine. These handy freezing trays mean I can make a large batch and freeze it into single-servings — which is great because my husband and I never seem to want the same leftovers!

Weekdays are pretty hectic in my house. That’s why my wake-up ritual usually includes a cup of early morning tea, brewed (and sipped) while the house is still quiet. I have an amazing collection of loose leaf teas (that make it a little easier to rise and shine), but I always find myself wishing that my diffuser could handle more than one cup. That’s why I’m treating myself to this 40-ounce kettle and steeper this Prime Day. It’s made with extra-thick glass and a stay-cool handle so I can use it on my stovetop, which makes brewing and reheating easy. As an added bonus, this kettle can also be used to make a gorgeous pot of blooming tea or fruit-infused water — so I might just end up using it all day long!
