Celebrated chef Jonathan Waxman stops by to cook with Guy Fieri. Together they make a Cold Italian Seafood Salad with a medley of calamari, shrimp and clams. Next they make Asparagus Soup, which includes peas and baby spinach pureed into a silky smooth soup and topped with Parmesan breadcrumbs, creme fraiche and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. For a snack, Jonathan improvises, whipping up a batch of mouthwatering Pea and Ricotta Crostini.

Chef Robert Irvine travels to Smyrna, Del., to help three generations of women who are fighting to keep the Wagon Wheel Family Restaurant open for business. The restaurant is in trouble with its frozen food, outdated decor, dysfunctional management and disrespectful staff, but there is one thing keeping the place open — muskrat is on the menu. Robert has just 2 days to repair a broken family, or even the popularity of the muskrat won't be enough to keep the wheels of this restaurant moving.
