The start of the fourth season of The Great Food Truck Race is just a little more than a week away. Every day leading up to the premiere on Sunday, August 18 at 9pm/8c, FN Dish is introducing a new food truck team. With $50,000 in prize money and a free food truck on the line, it's a high-stakes race to the finish line.

Single moms — cousins Liza and Heather and friend Jessica — want to serve up California cuisine in a bowl with their food truck, Bowled and Beautiful. Liza and Jessica met in culinary school, and once Heather was brought into the fold, the three ladies became fast friends, bonding over their shared place in life — what they call "a fork in the road." As single moms, the ladies have mounting debt and children to support. Using their culinary expertise, the three are ready to take on the challenge of running their own food truck business with a go-getter attitude. Winning would mean job security, paying off debts and being able to provide for their kids.
